Hi, I’m Thomas Grylka—though most people call me Tom. I’m a support analyst at Finalsite, where I help clients resolve website issues with clarity, empathy, and a touch of expertise. Beyond my role in tech, I’m a passionate advocate for all things dogs, channeling that love into private dog walking and other entrepreneurial conquests.
Technical Problem Solving: From website troubleshooting to improving page performance, I thrive on finding efficient solutions.
Customer Communication: I excel at breaking down complex topics into easy-to-understand explanations while maintaining professionalism.
Dog Training & Pet Care: My experience walking and working with dogs has given me a deep understanding of canine behavior.
Right now, I’m balancing my role at Finalsite with growing a private dog-walking business. My goal for 2026 is to officially launch a dog care company, focusing on community, quality service, and a love for all thing pets. Additionally, I’m aiming to expand my online presence surrounding my dog and business-related ventures.
I’m a first-generation American with Polish roots, and my cultural heritage often inspires my decisions.
When I’m not working or walking dogs, I enjoy lifting weights and running. I ran my first Marathon on Jul 31, 2011 in Wakefield, MA!
Let’s connect and explore how we can make a difference—whether in the tech space, the dog world, or both!
